Oak leaf shadows cast onto window shades by the early morning sun. A light breeze created a fantastic shadow dance throughout the morning.

  1. Iā€™m seeing a spooky, disconnected face between the slats ā€” especially an eye in the middle slat, a mouth in the upper slat and a nose in the lower slat. I think it is a terrific photo and a bit scary — or maybe I just dreamed this last night. šŸ™‚

    • Bob, I’m just not seeing it. Maybe an upside down smile in the topmost light panel, but no eye and no nose. Perhaps I’m too much focused on the reality of the shadows I saw when I took the photo. Your creativity allows you to see more in my images than I can. I am pleased!

Very nice B/W Jiss. Can see the impression of movement of the leaf (or shadow dance as you mentioned) which creates the mood. Well done as usual Jess!
