It’s where they sit in the moonlight
early afternoon.
They don’t come down here much anymore
moonlight fades.
The children and grandchildren visit
not much anymore.
It’s autumn
moonlight fades.

Maple Leaves, Early Autumn
A few early autumn Maple leaves collected for my photography obsession by my wife and granddaughter. They were pressed under heavy books for a few days and then arranged in a manner to show the different shades of fall.
